CSS CSS Selectors Going Further with Attribute Selectors and Pseudo-Classes Substring Matching Attribute Selectors Challenge

need help on this challenge, it is saying it is wrong

Finally, create a new selector that targets an img element if its src value contains the word "preview". Then, set its width to 100%.

Hey Michael,

While whitespace doesn't usually matter in CSS, it's very important when using pseudo-classes, selectors, etc. Right now, there is a space between the img selector and the opening square bracket, and this is what is causing the error. With a space, the browser won't know that what is inside the brackets belongs only to that particular selector.

Also, in the challenge, you added the line

And don't forget to remove the "-" in a[href$='.html']

and because there are quotes in there, it is messing up the img line.

So, to pass the 3rd task, just remove the space and delete that line. Also, in regards to quotes, you can use single or double, but it's always best to maintain consistency. (You used both here).
