Need help with linking

I need help with this because on the preview it doesnt show up and it always appear an error when i "check work"

Oh I see your problem. You forgot to close your link tags for the list items on your navigation.

<li><a href ="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>

P.S. I was going to say maybe the links should be taken out, but I figured you might have tried that, so I kept going with your code and got to the last step where the challenge errored out. Good luck on your coding journey!

When I test the challenge with your code, it marks me as correct. Then I re-read the statement and at the end says: "Don't add any list items or links just yet."
