You can find older releases of Ember.js on their GitHub page: https://github.com/emberjs/ember.js/releases

As for the Handlebars Loader, just download the GitHub repo as a zip and use the ember-handlebars-loader-0.0.2.js file: https://github.com/michaelrkn/ember-handlebars-loader
