Outside of Treehouse, I have the joy of living life with my incredible wife, our 3 awesome kids, and our 2 cat furbabies. We love to make music, garden, cook, play games, and watch fun TV (has anyone seen "My Octopus Teacher" on Netflix yet? šŸ˜®šŸŒŠšŸ™)

Hi everyone! I'm John, studying the front-end developer role here in Treehouse. My pronouns are he/him. I've been doing Treehouse for about a year or so and I just need to take the final test and pass. I'm excited to see what the world of tech brings me.

Right now I'm mostly learning javascript, but also going over CSS again just because it's so fun. Before that, I was doing freelance graphic design, creating branding for sites. I'm hoping to incorporate both design and code into a career in UI/UX. I'm also working with the Black Girl Hockey Club to make hockey and the NHL more inclusive, to make it more accepting of minorities, including people of color and the LGBTQIA+ family.

When I'm not on the computer, I'm living out this pandemic mostly playing video games with my girlfriend (mostly Rocket League, Ghost of Tshushima, and Zelda BotW), walking my two dogs, and doing different hockey mockups with my favorite team, the Colorado Avalanche.

If you're interested in connecting, here's my LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-lovato-4295b3199/

I hope you all have a great day and remember to kick back at some point!

Hey John! Awesome! You're almost there!!

Iā€™m Jacqui, a junior application developer at a cybersecurity company. I am fascinated by the cybersecurity world which is why I landed at a cybersecurity company. My pronouns are she/her. I started teaching myself web development five years ago. My first job in tech was as a web developer. Now that I am an application developer I have to dive deeper into javascript which is why I enrolled in treehouse. I am taking the full-stack Javascript track.

Outside of tech I enjoy drawing, painting, playing guitar and playing piano. Everyday I chase my pup around the yard and that is what I call exercise.

My favorite programming language right now is Javascript.

You can connect with me here. I look forward to connecting with everyone.

Hey Jacqui. LOL. I get my exercise chasing my kids around!

Hi my name is Yohannes. My pronounces are he/him. I learned html/css/js/ and github with a community of refugees, called refCode. I am fascinated towards data related technology, but I also love learning new languages. Learning with a community helped me to learn with a lot of fun. That is why I am learning python with the Treehouse community. So far it is going well. Speaking of languages...I speak 5 language, including English. If you would like to connect with me please find me here.

I hope you stay safe and healthy.

Yohannes! What other languages do you speak? English is my first language and I am fluent in Spanish.

I'm currently studying JavaScript. You can connect with me on my linkedin at https://www.linkedin.com/in/aaron-frankenfield-37800a184/

Hi folks! My favorite programming language right now is Python. I've only taken intro training in CSS and JS. I really liked all of it. I hope to qualify as a fullstack developer and software engineer working on the mobile side of things. Feeling excited to be getting started here!

I take care of two small humans that call me momma all day. My journey in tech is just beginning. I plan on joining the other working adults by pursuing a career change. For now, I'm enjoying being a stay-at-home-mom. Outside of mommin' and studying, some of my other interests are DIY projects, Legos, reading, drawing, photography, and high-performance driving.

Realizing how important networking is, I look forward to connecting with many of you and continuing my education in this community. This is my LinkedIn(www.linkedin.com/in/saudiahussainholmes).

Hi Everyone, I'm Mark. My favorite languages right now are C# & SQL (TSQL)

I'm 24 and from Denmark, I've been taking an apprenticeship in an IT Web developement firm since of January 2018. our code-base is C# but we use TSQL a lot to generate very custom data-formats, and i've come to realize how much fun working with data is, which took me completely by surprise!

Here's my LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-mazur-lussenburg-078a1582/

I'm a creative soul who likes the full aspect of web development, or just coding in general, figuring out how to flesh out a project from start to finish is what keeps my drive going, learning how things are layered logically and figuring out meaningful design processes is something i see myself doing for many years to come.

Besides programming, I enjoy playing music, games, fishing, cooking and enjoying life with friends :)

Cheers!

Hi there! I'm Alexandre Krecke (he/him), designer, self-taught coder and currently I'm the digital design manager at EBC (the same as BBC or CBS, but in Brazil).

Front-end development and JS evolved so much in the last years and my main objective here is to roll up my sleeves and build something using updated tools.

Some years ago I was promoted and since then I deal more with business and people problems. But I'd like to reconnect with the hungry version of myself, when I first studied html + css 11 years ago.

For sure that I'm struggling a lot, but what is hard is better, right?

My (only and of course favorite) programming language is javascript.

Looking forward to get in touch with y'all!

Hey everyone my name is Joseph Hadley and I'm currently attending school in order to become a software developer! Although most of what I've learned has primarily been self-taught. I want to learn about every language I possible can, but right now I'm primarily zeroed in on Python3, HTML, and CSS. I really enjoy all the things you can do with Python3 in particular!

Right now I'm still in the learning phase so I don't have any projects just yet. I want to start working on stuff like in the next couple of weeks though.

When it comes to my hobbies, some of things I'm in to is writing music, working out, bowling, and snowboarding!
