New user having Workspace problems

Hi! Maybe this is just my day for disasters but...... Earlier today I found my Workspace was totally blank even though I had saved it multiple times. I've accepted the fact that I will have to go back a rebuild everything I had on it, only now it looks different. The Welcome tab is gone AND I am unable to add anything to my index page. I thought maybe the entire workspace was just messed up, so I opened an new one. The new one had the same look as my "modified" old one including the img file I had uplaoded. It also doesn't allow me to edit or add anything. What am I doing wrong. I've spent my whole day trying to resolve this and haven't gotten anything accomplished. R

HI Ron, I would email Treehouse if you did save your work. There is a support button on the bottom left. This is probably your best bet.

Ron, I hate to hear that you are having these issues. I know what it can be like to be stuck on one issue all day and get nothing else done. Have you tried contacting support? They are typically pretty responsive. Here's the link: https://teamtreehouse.com/support

Yeah I've had problems with the workspaces and the customer service here is a joke... so good luck getting help , it is Thursday for me and I just had to stop using this site and go somewhere else. they didn't seem to care either. Maybe they will like you better if you are paying, Im on the free trial.
