Next Course To Take?

Hi,

I just need some direction in the next course i should take that make sense. I finished the "How To Build A Website," course that contained, HTML and CSS.

I'm thinking about taking Javascript, because I feel it goes hand in hand with HTML and CSS, but want to choose the right javascript course/track. Can you direct me as to what javascript course/track I should take? Or direct me to who can help me make this decision....Preferably a teacher from treehouse. Thanks.

You can take the JavaScript Basics track which takes you through the language syntax, functions, loops and everything else you need but I would also recommend introduction to jQuery as well as JavaScript and DOM manipulation.

I am currently going through the full-stack JavaScript developer tracks and these are some of the ones featured in the course.

Hope this helps.

p.s you could also view the course I am taking and pick tracks from there :)

The Front End Web Development track would be a great next step. It will build on what you learned in the How to Build a Website course and teach you how to combine HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with tools like Git and the command line to build robust, rich websites. You'll also learn about Accessibility and Performance Optimization. It's a really good track.

Thanks Matt, I think Imma go with the beginner Javascript track, I feel like I can get a much more of grasp on Javascript. And from my experience incorporating Javascript into HTML seems fairly easy. Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.
