2 things:

  • That's an impressively long title you managed to overflow the title field.
  • Online writing in ALL capital letters is considered yelling

I Just copy and paste the question like others and I didn't about all capital letters so sorry about it i aint mean be mean

add in <form> method="post" and problem is solved

I also have the same question. What's the difference between method="post" and method="POST". I had to put it in lower case for it to work. Why?
