no such column problem

SELECT makename,ModelName,VIN,StickerPrice FROM model; inner join make on model.makeid = make.makeid; inner join car on model.modelid = car.modelid

SQL Error: no such column: makename

if i delete VIN then it will give

SQL Error: no such column: VIN

and so on.

Hi Nik, you have semi colons inside your query, preventing it from running properly. Semi colons in SQL are used to mark the end of a statement, that is why it is complaining about there being no column.

SELECT makename,ModelName,VIN,StickerPrice
FROM model
    inner join make on model.makeid = make.makeid
    inner join car on model.modelid = car.modelid;
