So i came across with normalize.css, do I need to use normalize.css everytime I create a Website?. I'm new to css btw

Normalize.css is what is called a CSS reset file and you'd include that file in your HTML before any other CSS file.
What this does is resets all CSS values to 0 or a default setting to give you a level playing field when you're designing. This is because different browsers render CSS a little differently. It's like browsers speaking in different vocal accents. Just the same but a little bit different. Normalize takes away those inconstancies. Hope this helps :)
