normalize.css or sanitize.css?

I just recently came across sanitize.css by 10up, one of the contributors being the co-author of normalize.css. So of course I got curious as to why the co-author of normalize.css would come up with a new reset method for styling. After searching a bit on google I really didn't find much when it comes to comparisons so I've come here to talk about it.

To anyone who has experience or knowledge about this: What are the major differences between these two? Is sanitize.css the new normalize.css? Does it do things better?

Thanks for sharing. It looks pretty cool.

From looking at sanitize.css it is a tad more robust then normalize.css. sanitize.css actually includes normalize.css or at least part of it. I think in short it makes things a bit more pretty thennormalize.css. I like to organize things differently, but I might steal some code from sanitize.css while still use normalize.css :-)
