is normalize.css a file that was created by team treehouse or is it universally used by web designers? If i were to design a website after finishing the program would I use normalize.css for all future designs, or would i create my own, etc.?

28,149 PointsNormalize.css was created by Nicolas Gallagher. It has nothing to do with Treehouse. Many popular websites and frameworks use Normalize to normalize browser inconsistencies in default styling. It's not a bad idea to use it on most all projects.

33,856 PointsHi Reed, you can create your own and this is completely optional. CSS resets simply reset browser values to their defaults to provide consistent results before applying your own styling.

14,346 PointsYes you can say normalize.css is universal. Basically because it's used across multiple browsers and is considered the default style for modern day web browsers.
