Not able to call sendVote() properly

For some reason, I'm having trouble call sendVote(). I'm using the same format used in the OnListItemClick(0) method in the video such as:

String dayOfTheWeek = mDays[position].getDayOfTheWeek();

Am I calling it wrong?

Thanks!

GameListActivity.java
import android.os.Bundle;
import android.view.View;
import android.widget.ArrayAdapter;
import android.view.ListView;

public class GameListActivity extends ListActivity {

    public String[] mGames = {
        "Age of Empires",
        "Civilization",
        "Minecraft",
        "SimCity"
    };

    @Override
    public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        setContentView(R.layout.activity_game_list);

        ArrayAdapter<String> adapter = new ArrayAdapter<String>(this, android.R.layout.simple_list_item_1, mGames);
        setListAdapter(adapter);
    }

    @Override
    protected void onListItemClick(ListView l, View v, int position, long id) {
        super.onListItemClick(l, v, position, id);

        String game = mGames[position].sendVote();
    }

    // This is a helper method to tally votes on a back-end system
    public void sendVote(String game) {
        VoteService.recordVote(game);
    }
}

Let's go to the docs: onListItemClick

"Subclasses can call getListView().getItemAtPosition(position) if they need to access the data associated with the selected item"

position isn't the position of the data item, it's the position of the rendered View in the List, which isn't the same thing.
