Too complicated.

1) Structs do not need initializers. 2) You can remove the Tag.getName() function and just reference tag.name instead. 3) A few unnecessary variables that could be trimmed, but that is more personal preference.

My implementation looks like this.

struct Tag {
    let name: String
}

struct Post {
    let title: String
    let author: String
    let tag: Tag

    func description() -> String {
        return "\(title) by \(author). Filed under \(tag.name)"
    }

}
let firstPost = Post(title: "iOS Development", author: "Apple", tag: Tag(name: "swift"))
let postDescription = firstPost.description()
