Hey guys! how do I properly use the not operator in this code? Thanks for your help in advance

Hi Elias,

For this, you start with the initialScore variable defined. You then want to increment that, and store the result in a constant named totalScore. Ue the ++ operator for that and put that before the variable name. Assign that to totalScore which is a constant, declared using let:

var initialScore = 8
let totalScore = ++initialScore

Next, you want to compare totalScore to 10. The result of that comparison needs to be stored in a constant called isWinner. You want to compare that totalScore is not 10, using the != operator and assign that comparison into the isWinner constant:

let isWinner = totalScore != 10
