I didn't really get this after re-watching the video, and trying out what i knew displayed errors.
func greeting(person: String) -> (greeting: String, language: String) {
let language = "English"
let greeting = "Hello \(person)"
return (greeting, language)
}
var result = greeting("Tom","English")

42,016 PointsFunction parameters are defined directly after the name of the function inside the ( ). your greeting function only has one parameter, the person.
Only pass the person argument to the function when you call it
func greeting(person: String) -> (greeting: String, language: String) {
let language = "English"
let greeting = "Hello \(person)"
return (greeting, language)
}
//only pass a person to the function
var result = greeting("Tom")
