Not sure how to right this code.

Question

Add a public method, or getter, that can be used to get the color of the go kart

GoKart.java

public class GoKart {
  public String mColor = "red";
  public GoKart (String color) {
    mColor = color;
}
}

Hey Brandon,

Your actually really close. You don't need to pass any parameters in this getter method. The answer would be :

public class GoKart { public String mColor = "red";

public String getColor() {

return mColor; }

}

public setColor(String color){ mColor = color; } }

this is correct but why are we not asking to get mcolor and only color
