not sure how to wrap the testing block wit try and catch

i tried a couple of things, but I'm not sure i understand the question.

i cant just say

try { if(value < 0 || value < 20) } catch ......

Program.cs
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
    throw new System.Exception();
}

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

You're right, that won't work because you'd be separating the conditional from the code block that goes with it. So the whole thing must go inside the "try' block.

Also, don't forget that the "catch" block needs to output a new message.

i thought about the throwing and catching exeptions wrong, and somehow assumed they were the same thing :)
