Not sure why my code isnt working!

func greeting(Person: String) { let Person = tom println("Hello (Person)")

} greeting

parameters.swift
func greeting(Person: String) {
let Person = tom 
    println("Hello \(Person)")

}
greeting

Hi Becky,

You are close.

  1. parameter names should always use camelCase.
    So go with person not Person.

  2. When you call a function with the string tom it looks like this.

func greeting(person: String) {
    println("Hello \(person)")

}
greeting("Tom")
