Not sure why this question isn't being correctly answered

It's asking me to put the top ul in an element that indicates navigation. I believe I have ordered it correctly?

Hey Sean Fenton

So your header tag should be wrapped around the nav, the h1, and the p tag rather than around the head content that you have. What is in the header is usually what is at the top of the page. That is usually the banner (h1 and p) and the nav bar.

    <header>
        <nav>
           <ul>
             <li><a href="#">About</a></li>
             <li><a href="#">Work</a></li>
             <li><a href="#">Contact</a></li>
           </ul>
        </nav>
        <h1>My Web Design &amp; Development Portfolio!</h1>
        <p>A site featuring my latest work.</p>
     </header>

Then your section tag should start right after the header closing tag. The section content should be between the header and footer.

Hope this helps :D Happy coding!
