Now let's add a private uninitialized field to store the current number of energy bars. Name it mBarsCount. Initialize it to zero in the constructor. i cant understand this questions please help

You should define a private member variable mBarsCount (which obviously holds numbers - so the type of integer - "int"). This does not hold any value at first. In the constructor of the class you should assign a value to be 0. I can post some code if you don't manage on your own.
