iOS Object-Oriented Swift Properties Getter and Setter Methods

Ok, here I'm completely lost =/

Wether I'm missing something in the description box since english is not my mother tongue, or I'm missing something as to how implementing getters and setters...

Temperature.swift
class Temperature {
    var celsius: Float = 0.0
    var fahrenheit: Float {
        get {
        return celsius = (((self.fahrenheit) - 32)/1.8)
        } set {
            self.fahrenheit = 33.3
        }

        }
    }

Hiya Charlie,

The code you are looking for is very close to what you have done.

class Temperature {
    var celsius: Float = 0.0
    var fahrenheit: Float {
        get {
            return (celsius * 1.8) + 32
        }
        set {
            celsius = (newValue - 32) / 1.8
        }
    }
    init(celsius: Float) {
        self.celsius = celsius
    }
}

Let me know if that needs more explanation - I just copied the code for now. Work your way through it and make sure it makes sense to you.

Steve.
