2,462 PointsOK, so I can now get developer tools open, but in this video it asks me to create a new file, but I don't know how to do
that using a Windows PC and not a Mac. I cannot figure out how to create the new file called myscript.js

14,420 PointsAre you using Workspaces?
If so, Right-click on the left hand panel and hit 'New File'. Name this file myscript.js
If you are doing this in an outside text editor, just open a blank file, hit 'Save As', and ssave it as myscript.js

20,433 PointsWell if you are using workspaces create a new file by going to File > New File.
This is going to be similar if you are using a text editor like sublime, atom.io, or textmate.
If you have any other troubles let me know. :)

2,462 PointsI am not using workspaces. This video is showing us using Google Chrome. On this video it tells us to create a new file called myscript.js using Google Chrome, and that is what I am having trouble with.

20,433 PointsAt :50 or so seconds into the video he creates the myscript.js file inside of textmate. You can do this locally or create a new workspace and follow along.
The link to create a new workspace can be found here: https://teamtreehouse.com/workspaces/new
