Omega

Is "Omega" a standard CSS term, I know in the video it was used to put a container that was bumped down inline. For example: div class="container omega">What does this mean<

1 Answer

Omega is a CSS class defined in the grid.css file. Each column has a margin on the left and right side along with a width. What omega basically does is strip out the margin on the right side, as it is the last grid element on the row.

Try to play around with the grid. Build a row without the alpha and omega classes, what happens to the last column in your row?

So to answer your question, no, it's not a "standard CSS term".
