1,626 PointsOnce my site is uploaded using Web Hosting for Students and Cyberduck how do I update my site.
I am on the Front End Web Dev track right now and I went through the first 2 stages Building a Web Site and CSS Basics. I made some changes to my original site based up some new material that I learned. I use a Mac and have all of my files saved in Finder and went ahead and changed them in that directory. Now I would like to upload those changes. My guess was that I access my site using Cyberduck again, and then I can upload the changed files. However, Cyberduck will not let me log on to my site. It keeps saying my request has timed out. I checked and my network and server (through Web Hosting for Students) are working okay. I logged a help ticket with Cyberduck but they gave me generic "third party" problem response, and no help. Can anyone walk me through the process of uploading these changes to my site? Also is this a normal reaction when using Cyberduck?
Thanks for the help!!

1,626 PointsKevin,
I used it once and that was the first time I uploaded the site. I have not used it since then though.
You wouldn't know how to check those credentials would you???

28,149 PointsIf your site is using cPanel you can see if this will help you: http://support.hostgator.com/articles/how-to-create-an-ftp-account-in-cpanel
Or check with your hosting account, the should have support to verify your ftp credentials.
