Hello,
I'm having some trouble with the codes:
Create a Fish object named $bass with the following data: • name: "Largemouth Bass" • flavor: "Excellent" • record: "22 pounds 5 ounces"
<?php
class Fish {
public $common_name = "";
public $flavor = "";
public $record_weight = "";
function __construct($name, $flavor, $record) {
$this->common_name = $name;
$this->flavor = $flavor;
$this->record_weight = $record;
}
}
$p = new Fish ();
$bass = new Fish("Largemouth Bass", "Excellent", "22 pounds 5 ounces"):
?>
Thanks for any help. I've also tried this:
<?php
class Fish {
public $common_name = "";
public $flavor = "";
public $record_weight = "";
function __construct($name, $flavor, $record) {
$this->common_name = $name;
$this->flavor = $flavor;
$this->record_weight = $record;
}
}
$bass = new Fish("Largemouth Bass", "Excellent", "22 pounds 5 ounces"):
?>

Courses Plus Student 1,630 PointsHello,
Please check how you end your object $bass. You used a colon(:) instead of semi-colon(;)
here is the correct one:
$bass = new Fish("Largemouth Bass", "Excellent", "22 pounds 5 ounces");
