(Opinions) Is web design/development a good career choice.?

Hello, I just want some opinions about this subject. I create templates and themes and I am looking to do client work aswell, I wana know if web design/development is a good career choice. I live in Canada I dont know if location matters or not being you can cater to anyone in the world on the web. I really love it and ant see me doing anything else. Will there be more and more opportunity in web design? Any opinions appreciated

From my perspective, it only looks like there will be more opportunities in the future. You may have to be flexible as new languages come out and constantly keeping up with the current ways of doing things. That shouldn't be hard though.
