HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Create a Select Menu

<option> elements within the <select> element. It says add some, but I'm sure I have already!

It's saying to add <option> elements inside the select> but there are. I'm I just doing something obviously wrong. Not sure if I've just been staring at it to long! Please help.

Remove the optgroup tag
