PHP PHP Basics Daily Exercise Program String Manipulation

PHP Question

I'm trying to figure out this challenge question:

Create Two String Variables - The first will be named firstName with a value of Rasmus and the second will be named lastName with a value of Lerdorf.

Here is my code:

<?php firstName = "Rasmus"; lastName = "Lerdorf"; //Place your code below this comment

?>

Thanks!

index.php
<?php

//Place your code below this comment

?>

In PHP variable names begin with $ so you would have for example: $firstName

<?php

//Place your code below this comment $firstName="Rasmus"; $lastName = "Lerdorf";

?>

Thanks!
