Place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page inside an element that represents a group of introductory content

I don't understand what this is requiring me to do. I've been stuck on this for ages and wasting my time. Could you please expatiate more on this? I need help please anyone.

What could be meant by an element that represents a group of introductory content? There are elements such as article, section, header, footer, div and span which group elements together.
