Game Development How to Make a Video Game Player Input and Cameras Move the Player with Animation

Player not moving and "The referenced script on this behavior is missing!" warning.

The player doesn't seem to move when I use WASD or arrow keys and I get the "The referenced script on this behavior is missing!" warning. This is my code:

using System.Collections; using UnityEngine;

public class PlayerMovement : MonoBehaviour {

private Animator playerAnimator;
private float moveHorizontal;
private float moveVertical;
private Vector3 movement;

// Use this for initialization
void Start() {
    playerAnimator = GetComponent<Animator> ();
}

// Update is called once per frame
void Update() {
    moveHorizontal = Input.GetAxisRaw ("Horizontal");
    moveVertical = Input.GetAxisRaw ("Vertical");

    movement = new Vector3 (moveHorizontal, 0.0f, moveVertical);
}

void FixedUpdate () {
    if (movement != Vector3.zero) {
        playerAnimator.SetFloat ("Speed", 3.0f);
    } else {
        playerAnimator.SetFloat ("Speed", 0.0f);
    }
}

}

Update: I restarted Unity and the warning disappeared, but the player still doesn't move.
