please tell me more and explain clearly about timestamp , when we use it and what is it use what big number come out from it when use it and how to use it.

The time.time function returns values based on the Coordinated Universal Time Zone.

There are a few ways to convert it, depending on your needs. Here is some code i borrowed as an example.

import time
import datetime
ts = time.time()
st = datetime.datetime.fromtimestamp(ts).strftime('%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S')

print st 2012-12-15 01:21:05

print ts 1355563265.81
