Dear,
I am amazed how you can let a machine do, whatever you want it to do. But I am currently 22 years and after a year or so I will have pressure of making money etc. all these things that generally happen. So, I just can't ignore all those things too.
But I am eager to develop interest in this subject. I want that burning desire like one question I recently asked on community.
But here, lies the problem -
I am a beginner and I want to put those long hours into it. But after working for an hour or two or so I am like going to youtube watching videos, or in simple words used to waste time and feels bored.
How shall I develop a group around me, because I am from commerce background and it's altogether a different field.

I can't help with point 1; I think we all suffer from that from time to time! I guess, trying to stay focussed on short-term goals may allow you to be more concentrated.
Question 2; have a look around your tech scene locally. You will often find meetup groups on various tech subjects like Ruby programming etc. Where I live, there's a meetup every week at least with talks covering various topics - not all of which are interesting! Those are all put on Meetup - try searching near you. There may be something interesting.
I'm from a commerce background too, having spent a couple of decades in the world of finance and insurance. In those years, I had lots of exposure to the IT infrastructure decisions and have been involved in writing project specs from the ground-up for new applications. The world of development crosses over into all markets; everyone uses computers to do their work these days!
I hope some of that helps,
Steve.

I am also trying to develop my coding skills and going to tech meetups, hackathon are a good way to boost your skills while creating a network. Furthermore, enrolling a coding bootcamp will also help you out because you'll share your experience with others.
