Points Miscount?

Why does the Python Basics course say there are 378 points available to earn, but in the Leaderboards and on my profile, I only have 102 points under the Python section even though I completely finished the course?

Same here. Only 102 points shows up on profile and leaderboard after finishing the course.

I'm experiencing this issue, too. Also, the dot next to the points isn't pink.

Hmmm, I'm not sure. I'll ping our dev team about it. I completed everything (of course) and I have 378 points from it.

Well, it shows that you have 96 Python points in your profile.

Caleb Viola Yeah, I know...I'll ask some devs about it.

Ok, thank you Kenneth. Looking forward to your upcoming Python courses. =)

Same problem here. It's showing 102 points under the Python section after I finished the entire course, rather than 378 points.

I noticed that people who have recently completed the Python Basics course are showing the 378 points on their profile, but those of us who completed it earlier still only show 102 points, and also other varying numbers, lesser than the 378. Is that going to be fixed, or maybe it doesn't matter? Cheers to Python!

Word from those that know is that it'll probably be fixed, but that fix is going to be a couple of months coming.

Really, though, the points aren't important. Learning the concepts is what really matters.

Thanks Kenneth. Looking forward to your next course on Python!
