prefab in unity

my asset sections has no prefabs in it like it shows on the video, how do i get them?

Download the content from Treehouse. Look into the asset folder. Probably there is a folder call prefab and in it there are some prefabs files. If there is no content then is not necessary. If there are prefabs then, with Unity close, drag and drop them into the project asset folder. You can do this with Unity open but in this case, you need to drag the content and drop it into Unity project tab (where are the assets).
