CSS

Problem with nav

My nav tabs aren't appearing. Here is my code:

<nav> <ul> <li><a href="index.html" class="selected">Home</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">About Me</a></li> <li><a href="archives.html">Archives</a></li> <li><a href="contact">Contact Me</a></li> </ul> </nav>

nav a { color: #fff; font-size: 11px; font-weight: bold; padding: 14px 10px; }

nav li { display: inline; }

from your code posted it looks like you do not have an opening nav tag just a closing tag.

Jacob, I do. It didn't copy for some reason.

Amendment: This seems to be working fine in Firefox but not in Chrome.

Is the issue the links themselves or is it the CSS?

try changing your color in your nav a stylings. the color you chose is white. So it might not show on a white background.

They are showing in Firefox but not in Chrome. Shrug.

if it show if firefox and not chrome then try refreshing chrome. The only thing I see is that you are using the color white against a white background that may cause the issue of not being seen. does your mouse change to a pointer if you hover over where the nav is to be in chrome?
