Problems launching the workspaces on my PC

For some reason I am no able to launch workspaces on my computer, Do you know of any alternative website from which I can download them and work along??

I do believe that there is a notepad that allows you to run the program that you create on the web, but if not I would just type it down on another document.

Thanks for your answer Will. I was writing all the code on a notepad, but when it comes to add images and all that to the page I am sure I'll need a special program. That is why this workspaces are so important, but unfortunately they don't download on my pc

ok, my pc also has some problems, I cant see what I'm clicking on, haha, well, good luck on the quest to find workspaces.
