Project will show changes on Github Desktop but not when I refresh in Github.com

I am seeing changes in my history and am able to commit but I get a message saying it is unsynced. The project is still in the (other) box instead of GitHub, I can't sync nor publish, I'm soooo confused.

Have you set a remote pointing to your github. If so, have you push to this remote. Usually you will set a remote by $ git remote add <remoteName> <remoteURL> and push with ``git push remoteName remoteBranch
