Hello, Im new to treehouse and would like to know how to start a project ? Do I just simply start watching videos ? I have started watching a few on Android Dev but my dashboard still says that I have not started any projects. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

Treehouse Project ReviewerYou basically have two routes that you can take for Android:
You can do the "Learning Adventure" http://teamtreehouse.com/learning-adventures/learn-to-build-android-apps
or
Simply start "Android Development" http://teamtreehouse.com/library/android-development
The difference between the learning adventure and the android projects is that the learning adventure has a course called "Intro to programming" in between the two Android courses. You can choose whichever you prefer, but taking an Intro to Programming course (if you have never programmed before) would be a smart thing to do. I would even recommend taking the Intro to Programming course first, and then start on Android.
I'm not sure why it states that you have not started a project yet. You might have to obtain one badge in a project for it to consider that the project has been started. With that being said, there is one beginner Android project (Build a Simple Android App) and one intermediate Android project (Build a Blog Reader Android App). Both projects can be accessed by going to the second link I showed you.

Treehouse TeacherAwesome answer, Ernest! In case you all haven't noticed, there are also "Related Reading" links in the first Android videos in Build a Simple Android App that are helpful for those new to Android development. I am requesting that these be added to the Learning Adventure in some easy-to-discover way, so look for that before too long.
