Px and resizing

So if i have 200px and a screen thats 400px does the browser automatically change the 200px into 400px to match the screen size that is being used?

Pixels are a very specific measurement and don't change from screen to screen.

But you can create elements that adjust to different size screens by using percentage units (like 100%, or 25%, etc) or screen-relative units (like vh and vw).
