PyCharm's on-run output (Shift+F10 or Alt+Shift+F10) doesn't support clearing screen

While running script in PyCharm screen content is not being cleared - PyCharm's output doesn't support. While running script in PyCharm terminal is OK - clearing works as expected.

I have the same problem... I just run the script in the Windows Command prompt (though I imagine running it in IDLE/etc. would work too!)
