I've taken a break from Ruby, PHP, iOS, etc., and I've been learning Perl and Python on my own. Is there any interest in requesting Treehouse create a Python deep dive/track as an idea? I find Python to be the most robust, simple and powerful tool in terms of languages. I started learning the basic syntax from Code Academy (only because Treehouse does not offer Python) and fell in love with it.
Does anyone else feel that a Python tutorial would be a good investment for Treehouse?

17,781 PointsI would love a python track! I learned it for about 8 months on Udacity.com but there is a huge learning curve when jumping from their beginner computer science course to any of their intermediate courses. Codecademy was too basic for the python track they have but I also took a cool course by Rice University on coursera.org which was quite a challenge (you make games) but unfortunately the course was based around a framework only available for learning application. I would love to learn how to use it with a production framework though. The code is clean and as you said, robust!

20,151 PointsI just checked out Udacity and it has a lot of things in addition to programming and development that I'd like to learn. Thanks!

17,781 PointsThe code challenges on there are quite difficult but that can be good. I only wish they had some type of transition course between the beginner and intermediate levels because they get super difficult all of a sudden. Good luck on there though, some day maybe I can finish more on there!
