Question about escape characters in Workspaces and parsing this very same JSON data

If I were to add to this project, and Parse the C# points into my message string, how can I append this field into my printMessage function parameters? The JSON field for JavaScript points is simply => JavaScript. But for C#, it's in single-quotes => 'C#'. Is there an escape character in Workspaces? Or is there another work around? Thanks!
