question about method

should i put in 'self' as an argument to my 'hours' method? because i think that my code is fine, but i keep getting "try again" as a result

method.py
class Store:
    open = 9
    close = 5

    def hours():
        string = "We're open from {} to {}."
        return string.format(open, close)

You forgot about using self!

Try this:

class Store:
    open = 9
    close = 5

    def hours(self):
        string = "We're open from {} to {}."
        return string.format(self.open, self.close)

Good luck! ~alex
