HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Radio Buttons

radio button name="user_age" doesn't work and im able to select both buttons at once

I put radio button's name="user_age" on both inputs. Nick says 'name' acts as grouping and it will let the user to select only one radio button at a time. However, for some reason, it's allowing me to choose both radio buttons.
