please help where am I getting wrong Iam stuck on this question

        raise ValueError ("product_idea is less than 3 characters long")
    return product_idea + "inator"

You have the right idea, but a couple of issues to resolve:

  • instead of comparing the "product_idea" itself, try comparing the length (len) of it
  • the challenge wants you to check if the length is less than 3 characters long
  • always use digits (not words) when comparing with numbers
  • never enclose numbers in quote marks
