there is a problem in react am facing if you wrote a syntax errot in ur app.js u cant open dev tools for react i always get this message when i open react devtools " Waiting for roots to load" and when i googled this error i found that it ocuurs with most people due to syntax errors in my case i was debugging for half an our and i figured out that instead of typing ReactDOM.render i typed ReactDom.render i.e " i didnt capitalize the letters o and m" so is there a way that i can find the syntax error when using react js that facitilate finding the syntax error as plain javascript
thanks in advance :)

Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsI wasn't referring to a particular extension in this case. Try searching for a few within Visual Studio Code and see what you can find. There's bound to be lots of information out there!
Try searching React Debug to begin with.
