Receiving a "SyntaxError: invalid syntax" when running "python lumberjack.py, everything is typed exactly as instructed.

name = input("What's your name? ")

if name == "Brittany": print(name + " is a lumberjack and she's OK!") else: print(name + " sleeps all night and " + name + " works all day!")

can you check if your indentation is correct. maybe its a matter of indentation. remember your print statements should be the only ones that's indented and your if and else statements should be in the same line.

name = input("What's your name? ")

if name == "Brittany":

    print(name + " is a lumberjack and she's OK!")

else:
    print(name + " sleeps all night and " + name + " works all day!")
