Recursive Binary Search Implementation: Typo in JS example?

On the instruction page where it shows implementations of recursive binary search in multiple languages, I noticed that the line 9 of the JavaScript example uses "arr" as the name for the array when checking if its "mid" element is less than the "key". The other lines of code that access what appears to be the same array use "array". The parameter passed into the function is also named "array". I'm pretty sure this is a typo but I could be missing something.
