Red Highlighted </html>

I got red Highlighted /html when applying div /div but I don't see any error. However when I save and test it to the web page, the web page function normally. I am wondering why the /html is still red?

Thank You.

This is the code.

Hi Zen, the closing tag "head" is missing.

Try to add it before the opening tag "body"

<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Zen Andra | Programmer</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css"> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css"> </head> <body> <header> <a href="index.html"> <h1>Zen Andra</h1> <h2>Programmer</h2> </a> <nav> <ul> <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li> <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li> </ul> </nav> </header> <div id="wrapper"> <section> <ul> <li> <a href="img/numbers-01.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""> <p>Experimentation with color and texture.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-02.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt=""> <p>Playing with blending modes in Photoshop.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-06.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt=""> <p>Trying to create an 80's style of glows.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-09.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-09.jpg" alt=""> <p>Drips created using Photoshop brushes.</p> </a> </li> <li> <a href="img/numbers-12.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-12.jpg" alt=""> <p>Creating shapes using repetition.</p> </a> </li> </ul> </section> <footer> <a href="http://twitter.com/z3nandra"> <img src="img/twitter-wrap.png" alt="Twitter Logo"> </a> <a href="http://facebook.com/z3nandra"> <img src="img/facebook-wrap.png" alt="Facebook Logo"> </a> <p>&copy; 2015 Zen Andra.</p> </footer> </div> </body> </html>

It's work!! Thank you!! :D

Hi, is it red on things like href, charset and rel? this is normal if you are using the workspace within treehouse. When I say normal I mean it is the same on mine and it is all working fine.

Hi, Richard. No it's not like that, it is red background highlighted. It just the /html part.
