Regarding Eclipse

I tried downloading Eclipse and using the system. But this emulator is bit complex with all the SDK and different files, as well as the different Android version (from KitKat and other).

One important thing - as for the emulator, I didn't realize it is a large file. The updates end up making 1GB and over.

Please advise whether it is advisable to update the Eclipse or not. Do we just use the older version or the updated version for this exercise?

Either is actually fine. In general it's good to update to the latest version. The only real differences you'll find in the entire course occur when setting up a new project. The latest Eclipse build is a bit different for creating new projects than when we recorded the video. I posted some notes in the Teacher Notes section about walking through the differences and I'll also have a fix in place soon.
